It was Dr John Upledger's wish and aim to empower people and give them back a sense of "control" over their own health and well being. 



The Share Care Seminar teaches the basic concept of CranioSacral Therapy and techniques to apply to family members, friends or yourself in times of stress, pain or illness.



It is a one day workshop.



The fee is $155, including a study guide to take home.
