Once you have felt the connection with source, once you have had a glimpse of the wisdom that lies within each one of us, once you have experienced the calmness and peace that comes with the knowing that everything happens exactly at the right time in exactly the right way, you have experienced true healing.
…I have and am experiencing this through CranioSacral Therapy.
My name is Beke Kristina Bertram-Toft. I was born and grew up in Germany and have been living on the Sunshine Coast with my husband and now daughter and son since 2009.
In 2003 I gained my diploma in physiotherapy and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Applied Sciences Osnabrück in 2005.
It did not take long and I was lead to discover my passion. Craniosacral Therapy and the idea of an innate wisdom, that each one of us has within us. Tuning into this wisdom has helped me to open doors that were kept closed for me before.
My physiotherapy qualification enabled me to study Craniosacral Therapy. with Dr. John Upledger, an American Osteopathic Physician, being the scientific brain and researcher behind this approach, it was obvious for me to learn from the source.
Upledger Craniosacral Therapy has been taught internationally, with Germany having one of the biggest institutes outside of the United States of America. I feel blessed to have learned and been assessed by internationally renowned therapists and instructors, such as Gert Groot Landeweer or Rene Assink.
With CranioSacral Therapy being a relatively new modality in Australia I focus on keeping in close contact with the German Upledger Institute and like to combine visits home with updating my knowledge in CST. I am also involved with teaching CST here in Australia. My goal is to assist my clients to find their center and calmness within themselves. A state that allows for wellbeing and expansion.
